Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving? Okay, so I might be slightly jumping ahead, but here's my logic:
- There are only two full weeks of school left.
- Our make up day from Irene (pretty sure we were the only people in the country to cancel school that day) is on Veterans Day and we're having a big assembly, so you can't really count that can you?
- We have a field trip on the 18th.
- So really, I don't have two full weeks left. We're pretty much there.
So anywhos, I definitely need a break because I totally forgot I had class last night. I got home and was wasting time on Facebook and I saw it was a girl's birthday in my class. Suddenly, it dawned on me that she had mentioned we shouldn't have class on the 3rd since it was her birthday. Frantic, I found my calendar and sure enough, class at 7. Luckily it was only 5:30 so I made it, but I totally would've missed it! It might help if I had my calendar turned to November and took it out of my bag every now and then, but I digress.
I am determined to do some work on this grad school stuff tonight so this is a short post. I really hope you head over to Farleys and link up what you're doing! I'd love to see it :)

I love Valentine's Day!
Lucky you having so many days off. I teach in WI and we don't get days off like other parts of the country.
Thanks ladies for the comments! I ♥ them!
Sherrie, we have three days off for Thanksgiving...I wish we had a whole week off! How many days do you get in WI?
